Thanks to a post of the Narrow Gauge Railway Modelling online forum I have been reading along with a post on another blog.
Bron Hebog is a blog about the construction of a 009 exhibition layout of Beddgelert station and its environs on the rebuilt Welsh Highland Railway. In the blog he’s created a page describing his technique for scratchbuilding panelled coaches in 1/76 scale, 9mm gauge – OO9.
If you’ve got a second take the time to read along. It’s a great article and it’s really getting my interest up to build a coach. I do have the Rother coach to get back to but things just wouldn’t be right if I didn’t stop mid-way through that to start something else and those Lynton and Barnstaple coach plans are really calling to me right now.
